Shipping
Your order should ship out within approximately 3-7 business days from date of purchase — and more often within 2-3 business days. We ship using Canada Post to lower your potential shipping price. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct mailing address. If you live in an apartment/suite, it is your responsibility to make sure it is entered. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer as well as the cost for re-shipping.
The customer is responsible for the shipping option picked.
Typographical Errors
In the event that an Alcove product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Alcove reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Alcove reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Alcove shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
In-Store Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date & must be accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanged items must be unused & in the original packaging. Sale items, body products & edible products are not eligible for exchange.
Online Orders
Items that have been broken or damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving. Most other items may be returned, in original, re-sellable condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of delivery date, for store credit (minus original shipping charges).
Please note that shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the following products are not eligible for return: body products, jewelry, books, greeting cards, discounted items and custom orders. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We do our best to describe clothing fit and sizes in the product descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the details and email us if they want more details about fitting.
For returns, please email cheryl@alcoveliving.ca first and upon approval by the store, return merchandise with a note explaining the reason for your return, and whether you would like a replacement (same item only) or store credit to:
