Receiving Your Order

Shipping

If you selected to have your order shipped, it should take 3-7 business days to arrive in BC and 4-10 business days for the rest of Canada.

Pickup

If you selected to pickup your order at Alcove, it will be ready by noon the following business day at 689 Memorial Ave, Qualicum Beach, BC.

Local Delivery

If you selected local delivery, we will deliver your order within 3 business days. Please note, local delivery only applies to the Qualicum/Parksville area.
